The Greater London International Airport Authority (GLIAA), which operates the London Airport, is seeking expressions of interest in Board membership from qualified applicants.
London International Airport (YXU) is Southwestern Ontario’s easy and comfortable airport. Convenient flights and affordable parking provide an enjoyable, stress-free passenger experience. From our airline partners to our tenants, we provide the support and infrastructure necessary to foster economic vitality in our aviation community and beyond. We do this while keeping things easy and simple, from concessions to leases, to operations, and across all areas of our business. Our mission: To aggressively contribute to driving the region’s economic prosperity through aviation, academia, training, and commercial development, while focusing on first class customer service and dogged determination.

Board Membership Qualifications:
In this search, preference will be given to candidates who reflect the followings skills and attributes:
• A commitment to, and belief, in the mission and vision of the GLIAA;
• Strong, financial acumen;
• Demonstrated business, entrepreneurial and leadership experience;
• Well-developed governance skill evidenced through demonstrated Board experience;
• Organizational strategic planning and risk management skills and experience;
• Evidence of local/regional community engagement;
• A commitment to principles of equity, diversity and inclusion, as outlined above.
Process:
The recruitment process includes submission of a cover letter/CV, a panel interview process and confirmation of references. Only candidates who meet the range of required skills and attributes will be invited to participate in the process.
