Contest Terms and Conditions:

The following are the official rules for the London International Airport’s flight giveaway (the “Contest”). Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the London International Airport.

To Enter: No purchase necessary. To enter the contest, fill out the website form and submit. Limit of one (1) entry per email per Contest Period, unless otherwise indicated. In the case of multiple entries, only the first eligible entry will be considered, and the remainder will be void.

Contest Period: The contest will commence on July 16, 2025 and entries will end at 11:59pm EDT on July 23, 2025.

Drawing & winner notification: A winner will be randomly selected with an online generator and contacted by email on July 23, 2025. The name of the winner may be shared on London International Airport’s social media accounts.

Eligibility: Contest is open to Canadian residents who have reached the age of 18 as of the first day of the month in which they have entered the Contest.

Prize: The prize must be accepted as awarded. The prize may not be sold, transferred, and not convertible to cash or cheque. The winner will receive a voucher, by email, from London International Airport for direct, round-trip flight for two, with baggage and taxes/fees included.

Odds: The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entrants, selection at random.

Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to: (a) these London International Airport Official Contest Rules and the decisions of London International Airport shall be final in all respects; and (b) release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless London International Airport, Instagram, and other contest partners, and each of its parent,

subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, administrators, employees, shareholders, agents and insurers, from any liability, claims, or damages, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever which they, their heirs, successors, assigns, executors, or administrators may now or hereafter have directly or indirectly against them or any of them in respect of or relating to the Contest and/or the acceptance or use, misuse, or possession of any prize; and (c) comply with the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, and Tariff available on London International Airport’s website: www.flylondon.com. Should the terms of the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use or the Tariff conflict with the terms of these Official Contest Rules, the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use and Tariff shall in all cases prevail. By accepting a prize, winners agree to London International Airport and its designees’ use of their names, voice, declarations relating to the Contest, likeness, photograph, city, province, or territory of residence for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation. All entries become property of the contest sponsor who assumes no responsibility for garbled, lost, late, delayed, destroyed, or misdirected entries, mail, voice messages, e-mail or any computer errors or malfunctions.

Limitation of Liability: The Sponsor London International Airport shall not be responsible for print or typographical errors in any related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible non purchase entries or, faulty electronic data transmission, equipment failure, or other failure occurring in connection with participation in this Contest; or for transactions that are posted late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. The Sponsor London International Airport reserves the right to cancel or modify all or any part of the Contest if for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including fraud, technical failures or corruption, computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor which in its opinion affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest.

Privacy Policy: By entering the Contest, you consent to the sponsor London International Airport and its promotional agencies storing and using the personal information submitted through automatic entry for the purpose of administering the Contest in accordance with these Official Contest Rules and in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation.
